Can you please enable wp_debug and share the debug log file, so that we can precisely get the details of the error and get it resolved asap.
Just Paste these codes on your wp-config file

Thanks for sharing the file, we have checked the same and can see that the issue is something related to the offer description section, for now, please disable the same, we will be releasing an update with the fix asap.
So I cannot use the plugin until you have an update ready?
Nevermind my last question. I found out who to disable the description section and now it’s working. Thank you very much for your help.

We have released an update with the fix, please update your plugin to the latest version. We have fixed the issue (Offer Description), and you can re-enable the same.
