    Hello,
    I want to use your plugin. It’s a very nice plugin. But there is a problem. After installing the plugin, a critical error occurs on the site. After uninstalling the plugin, there is no critical error. So there is a critical error due to the plugin. Please help. How can I solve this problem?

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Could you please provide me with the details of the critical error? If possible please send a screenshot of the error. But prior to doing that please run a conflict test on your site to determine what actually causes the issue. To troubleshoot the issue, please deactivate other plugins except for Elementor and Woocommerce. Now install and activate ShopEngine. If the error not showing then activate other plugins one by one and continue checking the issue. In this way, you will be able to detect which one causes the problem.

    If the issue still persists, please send me your website’s system info from Elementor > System Info along with other details as well. We will take a closer look at this issue.
