  • Hey @vitorbitercourt – Thanks for contacting us!

It looks like there might be a conflict between the forms and the site theme or another plugin. To troubleshoot this, please try the steps described in our detailed guide on how to test for plugin/theme conflicts.

    Hope this helps!

    Hey @vitorbitercourt,

    Thanks for the answer, Prashant!

Unfortunately, I was unable to solve the problem. I changed the theme to the default one (Twenty Twenty, Twenty Twenty-Three, Twenty Twenty-One) but the error still persists.

Hey @vitorbitercourt – Thanks for following on this ticket!

When you have sometime, can you please confirm if you got the chance to test for plugin conflict as mentioned in my initial message?

    Kindly,

Yes, I tried both. Plugins conflict and theme solutions now. I also tried deleting the wpforms plugin through FTP, but the problem persists. I can’t create a form, every time I reach the plugin’s page it throws the critical error. Furthermore, I even tried to debug it, looks like it has something to do with time parsing ($time) unknown format.

Hey @vitorbitercourt – Thanks for following up on this ticket, and I apologize for the delay in getting back to your support request.

When you have sometime, can you please share the exact message you’re seeing when you tried to debug?

    Kindly,

    Hi!

I received an error message stating ‘Uncaught ValueError: Unknown format specifier “”‘. I suspect it may be related to the $time variable, but I was unable to verify its content. It is possible that the variable is receiving an unexpected data type, which could be causing the issue.

Hey @vitorbitercourt – Thanks for following on this ticket!

Let me do some testing on fresh install of WPForms lite to see if the issue can be replicated. I’ll circle back and report my findings here soon.

    Kindly,

Hey @vitorbitercourt – Thanks for the patience while I looked into this issue.

I tested this on a fresh WordPress installation where I set the language to Portuguese (Brazil), however, when I visited the plugins page, I don’t see the error message that you’re seeing.

When you have sometime, can you please share the steps I can follow to reproduce the issue?

    Kindly,
