Hi, it seems you renamed the newsletter folder to newsletter_ or like. Delete all newsletter related folder in wo-content/plugins and reinstall.

please, report the error line, you removed it. I cannot check the error. And check if in your wp-config.php you have definition of constants like NEWSLETTER_*

It still error like I mentioned on my second message. The right mention on my wp-config.php of the plugin now is NEWSLETTER.
