    I keep getting this error message and I followed the instructions mentioned in the forum. I deactivated and deleted jetpack then reinstalled and activated it. It’s still showing up as a critical issue.

    I understand you’re seeing an error message, and I really appreciate you already taking the time to reinstall Jetpack as recommended.

    As a first step, I had a look at your Jetpack connection. While the connection itself looks stable, I did notice some sync issues in the background. I’ve gone ahead and performed a sync on our end, and your site should now be fully in sync again. That may help with the error you saw, but to better understand the situation and assist you further, could you let me know:

    • What is the exact error message you’re seeing?
    • Where on your site or dashboard does it appear (e.g., in Jetpack settings, Site Health, etc.)?
    • Are any specific Jetpack features not working as expected?
    • Do you use any security or caching plugins that might interfere with Jetpack?
