    Hi there, @mstephensonkidsight,

I checked your Jetpack connection and it is working okay now. Do you still see that error? If not, did you deactivate Jetpack Boost to resolve the error?

If that’s the case, could you please try reinstalling it from scratch (delete Boost completely and install a new version of the plugin) to see if the error reoccurs? If so, does it bring your site down, or where does the error appear specifically (frontend, backend, etc)?

Let me know what you find out, and we’ll take it from there if necessary.

Thanks, @erania-pinnera. I was finally able to deactivate Jetpack Boost (I was getting an error at first) and that resolved the issue. I deleted and reinstalled and it looks like it’s still functioning properly.

    Hey @mstephensonkidsight,

That is fantastic news! I suspect the plugin might have some corrupted data that as bringing your site down. In such cases, going for a fresh full plugin reinstall can pay off 🙂

This thread is now marked as solved. If you have any further questions or need more help, you’re welcome to open another thread here. Cheers!
