    Hello @web4uservices

To help us understand what caused the critical error, please check the following:

    1. Go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
      • In the dropdown, look for a file named fatal-errors.log (if available) and check for any recent entries related to PayPal Payments.
    2. If nothing appears there, it’s possible that the error was logged in the general WordPress debug log.
      • If you have debugging enabled in your wp-config.php, you can check the file located at:
        /wp-content/debug.log
    3. You may have also received an email from WordPress with the specific error details, including the plugin, file, and line number involved. If you have that email, please feel free to share the contents with us.

Additionally, if the error occurred during a plugin update, please try the following:

    • Temporarily deactivate all other plugins except for WooCommerce and WooCommerce PayPal Payments.
    • Then activate them one by one to see if any conflict is triggering the issue.
    • Let us know which plugin causes the problem, if any.

We’ll review it as soon as we receive it.

    Kind Regards,
    Krystian

YITH WooCommerce Subscription plugin causes the problem

    Hello @web4uservices

    Thank you for the update.

Please note that our plugin does not have official compatibility with YITH Subscriptions. We only support the official WooCommerce Subscriptions extension. As a result, any conflicts between PayPal Payments and YITH’s subscription system would need to be addressed by YITH directly. That said, their team is really responsive, so we recommend reporting the issue to them for further investigation.

Let us know if you need anything else in the meantime.

    Kind Regards,
    Krystian
