Critical Error

    The critical error is from the Terms and Conditions plugin. It apparently didn’t create a DB table when it was installed. The plugin is attempting to write to that missing table and resulting in the critical error.

    Tried to deactivate and then reactivate the plugin and it didn’t work.

    Thank you for using our plugin and sorry to hear about your trouble.

    Do you have access to the database? If yes, could you check if the database table {db_prefix}tacpp_accept_log exists?

    Also, can you please deactivate, remove the plugin and then install fresh again?
