    Hi @healthmanifested,

Sorry to hear you ran into a critical error on update. That’s definitely worth looking into!

We completely understand not wanting to post it publicly. Could you paste the error at https://quickforget.com/.This generates a one-time link that expires after it’s been viewed once, so it stays private. Just share the link here, and we’ll take a look.

Without seeing the actual error message we won’t be able to identify the cause, but error messages themselves are generally safe to share and don’t contain sensitive information about your site.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Hi @healthmanifested,

Thank you for sharing the error.

    The fatal error is:

    Class "Google\Ads\GoogleAds\V22\Services\Client\AssetGenerationServiceClient" not found

This means the plugin update to version 3.7.0 didn’t complete cleanly. Some files from the new version are missing, leaving the plugin in an incomplete state. This typically happens due to a hosting timeout or connection issue during the update.

The fix is a clean reinstall:

    1. Go to Plugins → Installed Plugins, deactivate it then click Delete
    2. Go to Plugins → Add New Plugin, search for Google for WooCommerce and reinstall it fresh
    3. Reactivate the plugin. Your existing connection and settings should be preserved

Let us know how it goes!
