Critical error after updating PHP

I updated my PHP through Hostgator, and now I get a white screen saying there is a critical error. I clicked the WordPress “recovery mode” link in the email that I got, but that also takes me to the white screen. The email says that there is an error from the Job-Manager plugin.
I am on WordPress version 6.8.3. Active theme Local Business Pro (version 2.0.1), the plugin with the issue is Job Manager (version 0.7.25), PHP version 8.3.12.
