Critical Error Google Analytics Plugin
-
Hello,
I’m receiving the “There has been a critical error on this website.” message on a site that uses a custom theme – has worked since 2017 until today. I deactivated all plugins, which made no difference; I activated twentytwentyfive which got the site working again, so it is definitely an issue with the custom theme. I’ve switched back to the custom theme.
I ran a debug and this is the return

This is usually an indicator for some code in the plugin or theme running too early. Translations should be loaded at theinitaction or later. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. ===I’ve deactivated the google analytics plugin but still getting the error and translations in Dasboard Updates is up to date.
I also rolled back to WP version 6.6.2 but that didn’t help so reupgraded to 6.7.2
Any and all help appreciated. Thanks.
