Critical Error in Inbound Stock

    Hello

    I have lastest version of WordPress, Woocommerce and Atum on this moment

    Previously, inbound stock worked, but now, when I try to enter this section, it gives me a critical error. The error logs show the following

    Hi @richardferlow

    I’ve been reading the related code and ATUM and this error is very weird. Also, we are not aware of any other user having this error. So, I guess it should be something related to your specific configuration. Let’s try to determine what’s causing this.
    I’d start trying these things (in order):

    1. Try to disable all your plugins and check if it works in that way. If it works, try to reactivate them (one by one) until you find the source
    2. Try to switch your current theme also to any default one (like WooCommerce’s Storefront, for example, and try in that way
    3. Try to uninstall ATUM completely and reinstall it again from the plugins page directly (avoid doing so manually if possible, please)

    I’d recommend you do this on a staging site (if possible).

    Thanks for the help. I found that this error appears if the Stock Central module in Atum Settings is disabled

    I’ve just tried to disable the Stock Central’s module and went to the Inbound Stock’s list and everything works correctly on my side.

    Please, leave it enabled if it is not a big inconvenience. The error would need to be deeply investigated, but It may resolve itself with future updates.
