critical error in tools and debug option

    I am trying to display post featured images as thumbnails, but they are not visible. I need help with this issue. Here is the code I am using:

    echo do_shortcode('[wpp limit=2 order_by="views" range="all" stats_date=1 thumbnail_width=100 thumbnail_height=75 post_html=\'<li>{thumb} <a href="{url}">{text_title}</a><br>{date}</li>\']');

    Additionally, when I check the “Tool and Debug” option in the plugin, I receive the following error message:

    “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.”

    I need assistance with both the critical error and the issue with the featured image thumbnails not displaying. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @pervez121

    When you say thumbnails are not “visible”, what exactly does that mean?

    About the critical error, please follow these instructions to generate a debug.log file, post its contents to pastebin.com and then share the pastebin URL here so I can have a look.

    Edit: also make sure to generate the debug.log file right after triggering the critical error message so it’s easy to find in the log.
