This did not break after an update of wordpress, php, or a plugin. Version 1.8.9.6.

Has support for this version be revoked?

    Hi @anotheruser9001,

    Thanks for reaching out!

Most often, this issue occurs because the site is missing  the PHP DOM extension. To resolve this, you’ll need to contact your web host and request that they enable the PHP DOM extension on your server.

After your web host enables the PHP DOM extension, could you please let me know if the issue is resolved?

    Thanks!
