Critical error issue

    So used bulletproof for first time, it found some issues so i deleted them as suggested to it throw up critical error with website. Any help would be appreciated.

    I assume MScan found some suspicious files and you deleted them? Before deleting any suspicious files you should check them to make sure that what MScan found is not a false positive. Also If a hacker injected hacker code into a legitimate file you should download a copy of the file and then replace the file. If you are not sure which files you deleted there is an MScan log file here > \wp-content\bps-backup\logs\mscan_log.txt. Restore a good copy of any files that you deleted.
