After reviewing other forms (sorry). Here’s the text on the error_log

Do you get the error right after creating the staging site, even on a new staging site?

    @renehermi
No, I received this error after I finished most of the site, after 2 weeks of working in the site with no issues. I ran into an problem with the template I was using and the developers of the template reviewed the site. After their review, I had issues getting into the site. So I’m not sure if whatever they did messed it up or if the WP staging app did some odd and consequently the site went down.

This was the last error code of the sheet:

This error is not related to WP Staging.

You can verify this by creating a new staging site.

You also say, the staging website worked for two weeks and then someone did changes to it.

WP Staging does not do any changes to the staging site. WP Staging only creates a clone of your website and then it’s done with the job and will not touch again the staging site.

So if’s broken now, this is due to the changes that were made to it.

I ran into an problem with the template I was using and the developers of the template reviewed the site. After their review, I had issues getting into the site

Maybe they updated the theme or the wp core. Not all plugins and all themes are always fully compatible with latest version of WP.

Have you created a backup with wp staging beforehand? Then you could restore the staging site to the previous state before this error appeared.

If you need a developer looking at this third party issue, you can contact us here and we can check if we can recommend you one.

    Thanks for your understanding

    Really?

Well, they just went into th site, they didnt make any technical changes.

I created a backup but its on the staging site, which I can’t get into.

How can you tell it’s not a WP Staging error vs a plugin error?

How can you tell it’s not a WP Staging error vs a plugin error?

The fatal error in the log is not related to WP Staging and you said the site worked for two weeks and then it broke. So logically it fails due to a change made on the staging site.

Let’s verify that! Please create a new staging site. Does it work, or not?
If it works, WP Staging is not the reason.

If this new staging site throws the same error, the error is related to the staging site.

In that case please contact us via this link and we like to check that for you.

After their review, I had issues getting into the site.

If new errors occur after another person with admin rights has logged in to your website, this is an indication that a change has been made or a very strange coincidence.

Okay, I created a new staging site with no issue. Thank you!
