There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.

Im using a Beaver Builder plug-in, but it does not even get to the page to launch it, which is what should come up instead of this message.

Not sure what the site admin email inbox would be but I haven’t seen an email.

    Thank you for any help

The reason for the error should be visible in the error log. You can find it in your hosting area. If necessary, the support of your hosting can help you.

Alternatively, you could also enable debugging in WordPress. How to do this is described here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ – also here the support of your hosting can help you if necessary to edit the file accordingly.

In both cases you should be able to see what the cause is in the logfile.

Thank you for your response but the host says there are no errors in the log and I tried debugging but got nothing. What do I do now?

If you activate debug mode, you have to provoke the error again. Only then will it appear in debug.log. Have you done that?

Alternatively, you can of course contact Beaver Builder support: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/beaver-builder-lite-version/ – but they will probably ask you exactly the same questions.

Yes, I did but that was awhile back. I tried again and received multiple errors but I don’t understand any of it.
