Critical Error on Admin panel

    Hi everybody

    I have a critical error on the backend when autoptimize is activated. (Frontend work well)
    Trying deactivating all plugin and using default theme do not change anything…
    An help would be really appreciate…

    That looks like a problem with the translation marcalzieu, can you try to briefly switch your WordPress account to English (users -> profile) to see if the issue persists?

    If not I’ll be happy to ping someone on the translation team, what language are you on?

    Thx U r right !
    Putting the whole website to English (Settings->General) make the critical error disapared.
    The language used is french.
    Let me know if I can help to diagnose the problem more precisely.

    Quand je pense comment je me suis emmerdé avec l’anglais pour ces messages 😉
    Cela a dû se voir je pense… Il est loins le temps où je travaillais en anglais…
    J’espère que malgré le climat et les crises ça ne va pas trop mal pour vous…
    Merci bcp pour l’efficacité, la diligence et le workaround, ca fonctionne tres bien…

    N’hesitez pas a faire appel à moi pour tester ce soucis.

It must have been seen I think ... It's a long time ago when I was working in English ...

    Bof, les langues, on doit les apprendre ici en Belgique, étant un pays aussi petit mais ayant quand-même 3 langues officielles (DE/ FR/ NL) et une quatrième qui est partout (EN, obviously) 😉

    De mon côté, il n’y avait pas de plantage. Donc je ne peux pas dire si ça va mieux. C’est d’ailleurs étrange qu’une traduction fasse planter, non ?

    Cela dit, toutes les chaînes ont l’air d’êtres traduites, maintenant.

    OK, j’ai découvert le problème, qui est assez technique @css31 ; le sprintf modifier n’est pas complète dans %1$Connectez-vous, ça doit être %1$sConnectez-vous et si on est en PHP8 (c’est le cas chez vous marcalzieu ?) ça donne une erreur assez sévère.

    J’ai proposé le changement sur https://translate.ww.wp.xz.cn/projects/wp-plugins/autoptimize/stable/fr/default/?filters%5Btranslated%5D=yes&filters%5Bstatus%5D=waiting, pourrez-vous confirmer Cyrille?

    La traduction a été approuvé, le mis-à-jour du fichier de traduction devrait arriver plus tard aujourd’hui ou demain marcalzieu 🙂
