Critical Error on initialization

    We’ve recently moved our site to a new host – we have a number of sites with this host and haven’t experienced issues, though this site is the only using this plugin. we’re seeing the following error that prevents the site (frontend and backend) from loading.

    disabling and re-enabling the plugin doesn’t help. any ideas appreciated.
