  • Hello @otoo, you need to deactivate all the plugins. You can do that from the file manager. Goto website root folder > wp-content

    and you’ll see plugins folder over there. Change the name to plugins-1. Please do this and see if it works.

    @decadetechnology I tried and it didn’t work. Now I can’t locate my file manager plugin and my other plugins anymore, I decided to download the file Manager plugin but it says installation failed, could not access directory.

    @otoo you can connect using FTP do you have ftp access for the server?

    @decadetechnology Yh I have now I have access to the plugins file. I have also deleted all my plugins on word press yet still it’s not work

    If resetting your plugins didn’t make a difference, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. Hopefully, this will force the default theme to activate and rule out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
