Hi @laurauber, it sounds like you may have a plugin or theme conflict somewhere if I had to guess as this is not a known issue. Here are instructions on how to test:
Temporarily Disable Plugins:
- Begin by disabling all plugins except for WooCommerce and Mailchimp for WooCommerce. This will help isolate the problem and confirm whether the issue lies within the Mailchimp integration or if another plugin is causing conflicts.
Check Functionality:
- After disabling the other plugins, test the functionality of your Mailchimp integration with WooCommerce. Confirm if the syncing issues still persist.
Re-enable Plugins One at a Time:
- If everything works correctly with just WooCommerce and Mailchimp enabled, start re-enabling the other plugins one by one. After activating each plugin, test the Mailchimp functionality again to identify which plugin is causing the conflict.
Investigate Further:
- If you find a conflicting plugin, consult the documentation for that specific plugin or contact their support for assistance. You may also check forums and community discussions to see if others have faced similar issues.
Caching Considerations:
- If you use a caching service such as Cloudflare, ensure that you add an exclusion path for the Mailchimp for WooCommerce plugin. This can help prevent caching issues that might interfere with functionality.
Regular Maintenance:
- To prevent future conflicts, regularly check for updates to your plugins and themes. Keeping everything up-to-date reduces the chances of conflicts due to outdated code bases.
Give that a try first, and make sure you’re using the most up to date version of the plugin (5.0 at the time of this post).
