with:

if ( class_exists( 'RankMath\Helper' ) && method_exists( 'RankMath\Helper', 'get_module' ) ) {

in:
wp-content/plugins/permalink-manager/includes/core/permalink-manager-core-functions.php file?

Hi @stratsocial,

Yes, however it is my plugin that triggers the fatal error. One of users reported the same problem and this issue will be patched in the next version of plugin.
