• Hi,

    I have two critical errors in my website that are from the WPUF Pro plugin. I went through each plugin one by one, and the errors only appear when the pro plugin is activated.

    I have contacted support SEVERAL times and have not gotten an answer. As a paying customer, this is unacceptable.

    Please advise as soon as possible.

    The errors are the following:

    “The REST API encountered an error Performance
    The REST API is one way WordPress, and other applications, communicate with the server. One example is the block editor screen, which relies on this to display, and save, your posts and pages.

    The REST API request failed due to an error.
    Error: [] cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received”

    “Your site could not complete a loopback request Performance
    Loopback requests are used to run scheduled events, and are also used by the built-in editors for themes and plugins to verify code stability.

    The loopback request to your site failed, this means features relying on them are not currently working as expected.
    Error encountered: (0) cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received”

  • If you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
