Without knowing what the actual error message is, I can’t help you. You should be receiving emails with more details about that when an error is triggered, including the actual error itself. Otherwise you’ll need to access your hosting’s error log and retrieve from there.

In terms of recent updates, the most recent one we had was a month ago and that was just confirming compatibility with WordPress core 5.9.0. Before that, releases were made in December and October, so we don’t have any other recent updates. If things were working fine before OTHER updates got applied to Avada or other plugins, they may be the bigger culprit.

I also recall this weekend that you chimed in with a different thread that was also having issues and they were also using Avada, I think it’s something going on with their theme and/or template output. However, I want to see the error messages themselves first before I absolutely assume anything.

This is the culprit of the issue:

Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function fusion_is_color_transparent() in /wp-content/plugins/fusion_cptt/includes/fusion-blog-cpt.php:1575

I’m seeing a similar thread over at https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/uncaught-error-call-to-undefined-function-6/

Where I also link to https://theme-fusion.com/forums/topic/problem-with-the-blog-cpt-element-since-the-last-update/

According to the last replies in that Theme Fusion thread, there is an update available so please update any Fusion addons you or the client have installed and make sure those are all current.
