    Hello Royal Addons Team,

    I’m experiencing a critical error that brings the entire website down when the Royal Addons for Elementor plugin is activated.

    Details:

    • Website works normally when Royal Addons is deactivated
    • As soon as Royal Addons is activated, WordPress shows:
      “There has been a critical error on this website”
    • The site becomes completely inaccessible (front-end and sometimes admin)
    • The issue started after installing/activating Royal Addons
    • No other plugin causes this behavior

    Environment:

    • WordPress: latest version
    • Elementor: active and updated
    • PHP: (auto-managed by hosting)
    • Hosting: Hostinger
    • Theme: compatible with Elementor

    This is an active business website, so this issue is causing serious disruption.

    I already contacted you via your website support form and was advised to wait several hours before retrying. After waiting, the issue still persists.

    Please let me know:

    • If this is a known conflict
    • If you need error logs or additional details
    • How we can resolve this as soon as possible

    Facing the same issue site taking too much time to load and cpu 100% usage. But when I disable royal mail addon plugins all working fine.

    Please Navigate to Tools > Site Health > Info (tab) and click on the “Copy site info to clipboard” button, then send the information to our email: [email protected]

    Also, navigate to Tools > Export – choose All Content click on Download Export File, and then send this file to our email as well.

    We will analyze your system and replicate the same case. This will help us debug the issue much easier and provide a faster solution.
