Critical Error – Update Version 45.1.1

    Hey
    I’ve been updated my websites for Visual Composer Version 45.1.1. After some hours, some of my websites crashed. This is the message displayed in front and back : “there has been a critical error on this site”

    Some informations about the config of my websites :
    WordPress version 6.1.1
    Thème actif : GeneratePress (version 3.1.0)
    Extension actuelle : Visual Composer (version 45.1.1)
    PHP version 7.4.33

    We desactivate the plug-in Visual Composer and it work but without this one, we don’t have layout.

    Can you help me ?

    Hi,

    Can you please activate the WordPress debug mode to check if there is any error which displayed on the page instead of the critical error text?

    Hello,

    Yes i’ve activated the WordPress debug :
    – I removed the cache
    – I’ve got desactivate all the plug-in
    – I’ve got desactivate and activated Visual Composer
    – There is no error
    – After few hours, the same error displayed. I don’t have more informations about the error

    Maybe it’s a compatibility problem because our version of WordPress haven’t been tested with the new version of Visual Composer?
