    Hi,

Since the recent upgrade to WordPress 6.8 – when manually approving a new user, the plugin returns a critical error.

The user has however been approved.

Rolling WordPress back to version 6.7.2 resolves the problem so it appears to be an incompatibility with latest WP release.

Problem reproduced on three separate sites.

Deactivating all other plugins and using a default theme changes nothing.

    Any ideas?

The workaround is to refresh the page after the user is approved when the critical error appears.

    Thx

Try to enable PHP error logging if the debug will give some more info about this issue.

    https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/1751-enable-debug-logging

You will probably get a PHP log file with notices and errors in this file:
    .../wp-content/debug.log

Post the content of this file here in the Forum.
