Critical Error when Submitting Ticket

When a logged in user fills out the open a ticket form and clicks submit, I am getting an error message that says “There has been a critical error on this website”. When I refresh the page it shows the ticket that was submitted but I don’t want the user to see an error message when submittign a request ticket to me.
