    Hi

I’m getting a critical error when activating your plugin after upgrading to PHP 8.2 and have the same plugins that we have always used for client site. Using latest WordPress also.

It only happens when I try to activate your plugin now. All other plugins have no issues and are already activated.

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/vendor/composer/../../admin/class-yoast-notifications.php): Failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/group2sc/public_html/#.com.au/wp-content/plugins/storefront-footer/vendor/composer/ClassLoader.php on line 576

    and

wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/vendor/composer/../../admin/class-yoast-notifications.php): Failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/group2sc/public_html/#.com.au/wp-content/plugins/wp-mail-logging/vendor/composer/ClassLoader.php on line 576

It’s like it has an issue with every single plugin now OR many of them?

    2 examples above.

Have the latest WordPress version and all plugins updated.

    Hello @kristinubute

I’m sorry about your experience. Kindly remove the plugin folder, wordpress-seo via FTP. Then retry installing. Ensure it’s version 24.8.1.

Do let us know how it goes.

No, not at all. Your existing SEO data are stored in your WordPress database.
