Critical Error when viewing form submissions

Anyone encountered the critical error message when trying to view form submissions? – latest version 1.4.4

Oddly, there’s no critical error on the site, it just shows in place of an actual form submission message, as follows: There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.
