Critical error when your plugin is used

Hi,
I tried to raise this issue with you but you just kept sending me paid support replies. Your plugin is great on our site, until someone logs into the ticketing system (just myself at present as doing final testing before launch) and uses it and then the craziest thing happens – it literally kills one of our product categories (just one oddly) – our biggest product category – when you click on the category it comes up “There has been a critical error on this website.”
Soon as we disable your plugin the category starts working again.
I went into your product management setting and unticked everything to stop you syncing the products into your system as thought that might be the issue (that didn’t work either).
So at this point sadly we are looking at having to remove your plugin altogether because we cannot have our main product category dying just because someone is accessing the ticketing system.
Initially gave you a 5-star review but this bug makes your plugin usable on our site. Really hoping someone can reach out and help resolve this so we can reactivate the plugin and use. Just needed very basic ticketing system and this was perfect.
