Critical error white screen

If you receive a blank page, that might indicate a PHP error or a server limitation being reached.
To find out what is the problem exactly, I would suggest you to enable the error reporting in your /wp-config.php as we mention here:

then you should install Smart Slider 3 again and see if the error starts occurring again or not. If it does, then an error log should be generated in the same folder where your /wp-login.php file is located. You should check that error log as it might tell you what is the problem exactly.

If you are not sure about the way you should read the error log, then please get in touch with use over the ticker system:

then send us the error log ( e.g. you could upload it to somewhere like Dropbox and send its link to us. )
