Hi Woo Support – this site is a brand new site, with nothing setup yet (1 product, no payment, no shipping, no tax)

It seems like the setup wizard is trying to force something – how can I turn off the wizard so that this site can be up and running again as soon as possible? Currently no Woocommerce edit screens are functional

Hi, ok and yes I encountered multiple time weird behavior. Attributes with their terms will disappear without any reason. Had to use a backup to get everything ok again.

In the same time, nothing was change. Client didn’t touch the website, either I am. They disappear in the attributs settings and in single product pages. Like they were never created.

Hi there @escalecommunication,

I see you’re running outdated software, and my recommendation is to update WooCommerce as early as possible. Latest version is 8.5.2, and you can download it here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/woocommerce/

Make sure also the database is updated. You can command the update from WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Update database.

As a best practice, please ensure you back up your site before performing the suggested steps
