    I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of support and communication. Since I’ve had no success getting a response via your official website, I’m now reaching out here in the support forum.

    On 21 February (i.e. 3 days ago) I upgraded the Responsive Menu Pro on our production website version 3.1.24 with the version 4.5.1, which  we paid for on the same day via payment number 1497824. The website crashed giving the following error message:

    There has been a critical error on this website. 

    There are thousands of lines in the debug log (see below).

    Now I cannot even go back to version 3.1.24, which I purchased several years ago.

    Please get your technical staff to urgently contact me on kenmar.billington at hispeed.ch.
