    Hi,

I’m experiencing issues with Thrive Architect. When I activate Burst Statistics and go to view the statistics, several error messages appear, including: “Server error in data/live-goals: There has been a critical error on this site…” When I check the logs, the critical error in the console log is as follows:

    Error 500
Uncaught Error: Class “TPM_License_Manager” not found in /home/maijapih/public_html/wp-content/themes/thrive-theme/thrive-dashboard/inc/growth-tools/classes/TPM_License_Checker_And_Activation_Helper.php

Is it simply that Burst is not compatible with Thrive Architect?

    Best regards,
    Marko

Error 500 is here and happens only in Burst GUI. It seems that all these AJAX requests fail:

Uncaught Error: Class “TPM_License_Manager” not found in /home/user/public_html/wp-content/themes/thrive-theme/thrive-dashboard/inc/growth-tools/classes/TPM_License_Checker_And_Activation_Helper.php:8

The requests from burst fail because thrive throws a fatal error. If the fatal error in thrive is fixed, I expect the problem to be resolved.

Thank you! We have to contact Thrive support. So, could it technically be that in these REST requests, Thrive Architect isn’t loading everything it should (PHP License Class), and that’s why the error occurs? I believe that these AJAX requests technically don’t load the entire WP, and while considering this, I came to this conclusion…

I see a very similar problem with a different plugin where Thrive is also throwing this error on an AJAX request. Ticket with Thrive has been open for a month and a half – I hope they get this fixed soon. Strange, though, that it only seems to affect certain plugins…

Thank you! This was very valuable comment! Good to know that we are not the only ones having these problems. Hopefully Thrive fixes these bugs soon. It has to do something with not loading everything in some AJAX-backend calls. WP can be loaded fully or only minimal in back end IIRC.

    Hi @markmy,

I will close this topic for now as it seems like Thrive needs to fix the issue. If there is anything we can do or if you have any further questions please let us know and we’d be happy to help!

    Kind regards,
    Hessel
