Critical issue

Hello dear Amrit.
When a user sign up and starts a course for example lesson 1 and lesson two and send a comment under a lesson and send a review. After that if i delete that user account from Masteriyo users, the course in which the user was in, the tabs of review, curriculum etc won’t be clickable even in different browsers. It happened in my website and also in the Masteriyo demo this happened.
After i delete his account, i should delete his review manually. Then the tabsbwill be clickable.
