Critical Issue

So I am getting issues with the backend stuff only atm.

I recently installed WordPress 5.3.2 and I installed the Porto (https://themeforest.net/item/porto-responsive-wordpress-ecommerce-theme/9207399) theme and I am going through and installing the required plugins and when I get to this one it creates a critical failure preventing me from doing anything in my dashboard until I delete the file via FTP.
