    The scan shows about 84 high risk issues (see below for some examples). Are they harmless? Can I remove them? Note that I tried to update WP to 5.5 and it failed, so I returned to a backup version. Is it possible that the files are leftovers from the failed update?

    Hi @studioram

    It does look like a failed update.

    For example, wp-includes/blocks/media-text/block.json doesn’t exist in WordPress 5.4.2 but does exist in WordPress 5.5

    That was my thought too, but I wanted to know for sure before deleting the issues 😉
