    Hi @yossidu,

    Thank you for your message.

From what I can see, you’ve changed the recommended value in the “Image loading mode” field in the “Advanced Settings” tab in the plugin settings page. Please restore the default settings there.

    Best,
    Mateusz

it wrote an error so it forced me to change…

It appears that the requests for images on your website are being processed by the Nginx server, bypassing Apache.

Please check our instruction which should help you solve your problem. This will allow the plugin to function properly. If you have trouble solving this problem, please, contact your hosting’s technical support and provide them with the following message:

I would like to disable Nginx Caching / Nginx Reverse Proxy (or Nginx Direct Delivery) for static content files like .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif and .webp on my website – https://everyvit.com. These files should have been handled by the Apache server instead of Nginx. You can find more information in the instruction: https://url.mattplugins.com/converter-error-bypassing-apache-message

Please, copy the above message and send it to the technical support of your hosting. They should help you in this matter.

The alternative solution to avoid this problem may be to set the “Bypassing Nginx” option for the “Image loading mode” field in the Advanced Settings tab.

Thank you for your answer @yossidu!

If so, the alternative solution isn’t for you – please restore the recommended image loading mode.

The message didn’t force you to do this – the message already provides other solutions. Have you tried to do what is written there?
