Critical problem with the plugin

    Since few days ago, it does not work.
    Instead of Display name it shows the following text and a menu!

    {display_name}

    Advisory Panel Dashboard
    Association Chair Dashboard
    Reviewer Dashboard
    Logout

    In addition, when I try to login, it shows a page including a box with the following text:

    Login
    [ultimatemember form_id=300]

    and nothing happens. I guess it conflicts with my menu plugin.
    Anybody can help please?
