• Hello Sendcloud team,

    On our live project [ redundant link deleted ] we have encountered two critical issues while using the Sendcloud | Smart Shipping Service (v2.4.5) plugin:

    1. Fatal Error when sending real WooCommerce emails (not only preview)

    The site records a fatal error every time WooCommerce email notifications for customers are generated (for example, the “Customer Processing Order” email).

    Error details:

    In WooCommerce, they remain stuck with the status Pending payment and are not automatically switched to Cancelled / Failed,

    Previously (before installing/updating Sendcloud) WooCommerce correctly changed unpaid orders to Cancelled after the set time.

    It appears you are using the old v1 plugin, for which our support is now limited.
