I am hoping posing here may get a better response than your online chat for fixing issues as the issues I am facing with your system are so critical I am considering removing the system.
ORDER INTERVALS AND TIMING
1 – At the time of writing this plugin simply no longer works or honours the limit set to the max number of orders per interval time period. This is critical functionality to avoid over ordering and not being able to deliver. I raised this with you 3 or 4 days ago now.2 – before this began not honouring the max orders at all, it was already possible for orders to go over the limit per period as it only checked when an order was started if there were available slots, we had already experienced instances of order volumes greater than allowed. For example if we allowed 4 orders for 15 minutes we had experienced 50% more than the allowed amount during a period. I raised this several weeks ago.
Cooking time / Minimum order in advance period
I have raised several weeks ago as well, that your system only also time selection at the beginning of the order process and if that order is delayed for any reason the order is still allowed to complete breaking the rule for this minimum ordering in advance time. We set this time to 40 minutes and still get orders 15 or 20 minutes before delivery time and have even seen orders arrive after the selected delivery time.COUPONS / DISCOUNT CODES
Fixed dollar amount coupon does not work. It provides really strange results where in one test I did it worked correctly until you reached $14 discount and then no matter what you selected the end price was always the same after that amount. This was raised on the 4th of April, for which I was advised there was a fix. I advised that fix did not work within 24 hours of release and is still broken on current release of all software.DELIVERY FEE SHOWN ON FOOD ORDER SUMMARY AREA
There is inconsistent behaviours of showing the delivery fee in the summary area of the food order page. It is possible that it happens when there are multiple products in the cart but this was very limited testing. This is something raised 5 days ago.PRE-ORDERING STOPS ORDERING FOR TODAY
After the current releases (Restropress 2.4 and Store Timing 1.7.1) when turning on advance ordering it was not allowing for the ordering on the current day. Whilst you said you have a fix for this it has yet to be released 5 days later.We need urgent fixes for the fundamental items above.
