    Hi there!

As of a couple days ago Jetpack throws an error at the checkout page of Woocommerce, which in turn prevents the ‘notices’ module from opening/executing properly. This affects users being able to log in, and it also affects the coupon code functionality, as these both run through the ‘notices’ module.

I have tried this on Divi and standard Gutenberg, and the error persists through both themes.

I created a staging site, where the only two plugins I’m using are Jetpack and Woocommerce, and ther error still persists.

My Jetpack is straight out of the box, all additional options are disabled.

    Here’s the full error log:

jquery.min.js?ver=3.7.1:2 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘addAction’) at HTMLBodyElement. Hi there,

Thank you for reporting this problem. I tried to replicate it on my test site, but I do not see any JavaScript errors and my notices work fine.

My test site has only Jetpack and WooCommerce installed and the checkout page is set up with the WooCommerce shortcode [woocommerce_checkout] (is that your case as well?)

Could you connect Jetpack to the staging site you mentioned and share a link so that we can check it?

    Thank you!

    Hello @christophercrypto,

Do you have updates about that? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no movement, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!

Hello. I’m having a similar issue on a site. The coupon code click on the checkout page does not open up the coupon form in Chrome, Edge or Safari (but does in Firefox). I’ve disabled all plugins, switched theme to Storefront, etc, and the issue resolves when Jetpack is disabled.

What further information/testing can I provide?

    Thanks!

    WP version 6.4.4

    WooCommerce 8.7

    Jetpack 13.3.1

For anyone else experiencing this, disabling the WooCommerce Analytics module from the Jetpack module list helped me, per this thread: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/jetpack-plugin-bug/#post-17553632
