No idea I’m afraid Greg, I don’t operate the site/ service. I do see it is up now and I’ll ping Jonas about it having been down.
Kind regards,
frank
Thanks Frank.
Ok.
If and when their site goes down, does it affect our sites if we have the plugin enabled?
I have disable the plugin for now cause I was seeing too many “Review” notices on css items and when I went to criticalcss.com the site it was down.
Let me know if you find out anything and I will to you as well here.

no, the plugin keeps on working;
* rules are saved on your system and don’t require criticalcss.com to be there
* some jobs in the queue might fail (E or U status) but they will be re-added later on

R does not necessarily mean there is a problem, it’s just a suggestion to review. reviewing can be done on criticalcss.com (re-generating the CCSS there and comparing screenshots) but usually I use Firefox’s developer tools -> style editor to disable all deferred CSS and check if the above the fold page still looks more or less OK.

Jonas confirmed the service was down around midnight for approx. 20 minutes.

Frank,
Ah…ok.
That is good to know that it is not relying on criticalcss.com to where if their site goes down it causes issues with ours.
