According to a previous response CRM Perks stated that “Sorry, you can not select custom email here” see screenshot below:

Is there a plugin that I can send custom email addresses of the crm, or notes to other committee members?

I’m sorry, I can’t help with this specifically – this forum is for the Better Notifications for WP plugin.
You may need the forum for the CRM Perks plugin specifically. I’m not sure if this is the right one but this is the first one I found: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/crm-perks-forms/
