CRM Programs That Send Emails

Hi Everyone –

I have been doing updates . About a year ago, we switched the site owner’s CRM to MailChimp. We linked MailChimp to the contact form, but MailChimp doesn’t send an email notification when someone fills out the form unless they go directly through MailChimp. The owner wants to get an email alert when someone signs up. Is there any kind of workaround? We are using the MailChimp for WordPress Plugin. We are also open to other free/low cost options (her site is low traffic, so we don’t want to spend a lot of money).
