The plugin uses the WP-Cron to capture the abandoned carts. The WP cron for this plugin runs every after fifteen minutes. If you want to vary the time, you can use the filter provided below doc.

If you have disabled the WP-Cron on your site, you need to add the external cron from the Cpanel.
