    Hi,

    I purchased both Anti-spam & Security for 5 sites.
I’m getting the same error on all of our sites (hosted on Cloudways).

Cron: Error occured while sending PHP error log. Error: LOG_FILE_NOT_EXISTS

On our dashboard it then shows ‘WARNING’ next to the domains – but when I view more details – there’s nothing to see.

    Any help would be great.

Hello, @arxdesign, thank you for your question.

This message returns when the Security plugin tries to send PHP logs to our servers, but the log file does not exist or the plugin can’t find it. This log is not necessary for the plugin functionality, it needs only for showing your PHP logs into your Cleantalk dashboard.

To hide this message, please disable the next option:
Settings->Security by CleanTalk->General Settings->Collect and send PHP logs

    Write back to us anytime.

    Be well,

Thanks for getting back to me!

So if it’s showing ‘WARNING’ in the dashboard – does this mean it’s warning that this PHP Logs sending isn’t working – or that there’s issues on the site?

This message is about the error it describes only. Nothing else.

If you can see the message WARNING without any description showed by Cleantalk plugins, please contact us via Ticket System https://cleantalk.org/my/support/open

This way we will know your CleanTalk profile and could check everything that is required.

    Best regards,
