Cron Jobs overloading server

    We had an issue where WordFence cron jobs on a few sites were running so frequently that they overtaxed the server (I used a different plugin to see how many cron jobs were running).

    Is there any way to adjust specific jobs like ‘wordfence_hourly_cron” or “wordfence_update_blocked_IPs” so they don’t run so frequenlty?

    Chris,

    You could try disabling Live Traffic. That has helped some.

    Check the cron viewer at the bottom of the options page. What does it report?
