cron.php use smtp

    When i run the command

    lsof -i | grep smtp

    in my Centos server to get the processes that use smtp, I’m getting a file in

    wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7-to-database-extension/cron.php

    that uses my smtp. When i try to search the file it’s not there. Is my installation hacked?
